Made from 100% New York grains, our American Whiskey uses our four grain bourbon mash, aged in used bourbon barrels, and finished in Old Tavern Farm Winery's freshly dumped Cabernet barrels. Hand crafted and bottled on Old Tavern Farm, the unique four grain mash bill provides fantastic aromas. Non-chill filtered, oils and flavors remain in solution for an incredibly smooth tasting whiskey.
