Founded in 2016 and inspired by the 1800s tavern that once graced the property, Old Tavern Farm is a boutique thoroughbred breeding farm overlooking Saratoga Lake, on the former site of Palmer's Maple Shade Farm. Now a thriving winery, distillery and flower farm too, we are committed to our responsibility as stewards and storytellers, in honoring our land and its history, and continuing its legacy through an unwavering respect to craft.
