Flower Crown Making & Meditative Heart Healing Workshop

In collaboration with Ilissa Goman, certified HeartHealing® practitioner

Join us for a truly unique and transformative experience at the intersection of creativity and healing with special guest, multi-level certified HeartHealing® practitioner, Ilissa Goman. 

The evening will begin with crafting your own flower crown. Enjoy a seasonal mocktail — made using ingredients from our kitchen garden — while you immerse yourself in the the magic of hands-on creation, engaging the senses and opening intuitive pathways in the brain. This creative practice, both beautiful and neurologically powerful, will prepare your heart and mind for a deeper transformation.

The workshop will then transition to a HeartHealing® session. Ilissa’s gentle guidance will encourage you to enter a meditative space, allowing you to uncover hidden blocks and begin to release old patterns of self-doubt and emotional over-functioning. This session will focus specifically on the “Enoughness Wound”— a core emotional wound that quietly convinces us we’re not worthy of more: more love, more success, more connection, more peace.
