Flower Subscriptions
Spring & Summer isn't complete without an arrangement of local fresh flowers on your kitchen table. Here at Old Tavern Farm, all our flowers are grown from seed in late winter, allowing us to harvest beautiful blooms all throughout the spring, summer and fall seasons. Each arrangement will be handmade, unique, and highlight the flowers in season that week.
Gifting: Our Bouquet Subscriptions make great gifts! In the NOTES sections of the checkout include the recipient's name, email, and phone number. We will NOT send any information to the recipient until spring 2024, so we won't ruin a surprises! Their contact info will be used to send important pick up information and reminders.
Spring Subscription: (May 2024)
The subscription will go for 4 weeks, weekly. It will usually begin the first Tuesday in May and go every Tuesday for 4 weeks. Note, start date may change depending on mature Nature and when our tulips start blooming. Our spring subscription begins with our very first blooms of the year, tulips, daffodils & allium! If you are loving your flowers and supporting your local flower farm, you can extend your subscription by signing up for our Summer Subscription!
Summer Subscription: (July 2024-September 2024)
The subscription will go for 6 weeks, bi weekly. It will usually begin the first Tuesday in July and go every other Tuesday for 6 weeks. Note, start date may change depending on mature Nature and when our tulips start blooming. Enjoy peak flower season with this summer subscription! Bouquets will be filled with your summer favorites; snapdragons, zinnias, sunflowers, lisianthus, and DAHLIAS!
